Bravo Bin Cleaning LLC collects only the information needed to schedule, perform, and bill for your service, and we never sell it.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy is provided under the California Online Privacy Protection Act (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 22575–22579) and applies to bravobincleaning.com, our online booking, and the services we provide. By using our website or services, you acknowledge this policy.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Identifiers: name, email address, phone number, and service address
- Service details, such as number of bins, plan selected, and access notes (gate codes, pets)
- Payment card information, entered through our booking provider (we do not store full card numbers)
- Records of your agreement to our Terms of Service, including the date and time you agreed
- Messages, reviews, and photos you send us
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser type, IP address, pages visited, and referring website
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6)
3. How We Use Your Information
- Schedule, perform, and confirm your services
- Process payments, plan charges, and any applicable fees under our Terms
- Send service reminders, schedule changes, receipts, and account messages
- Respond to questions, complaints, damage claims, and re-clean requests
- Keep records of your agreement to our Terms and enforce our contracts
- Comply with legal obligations, improve our services, and prevent fraud
- Send promotional offers, only if you opt in
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose it only to:
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as our booking and scheduling platform (Jobber), payment processors, website hosting, and email or text messaging providers. They are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety recipients, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to enforce our Terms, collect amounts owed, or protect our rights, property, or safety.
- A successor business, if Bravo is sold or merged, subject to this policy.
Shine the Light
California Civil Code § 1798.83 lets California residents request information about personal information disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Bravo does not make such disclosures.
Payments
Card payments are handled by our booking platform and its PCI-compliant payment processors. Bravo does not see or store your full card number.
5. Text Messages and Email
By providing your phone number or email, you give express consent to receive service-related calls, texts, and emails from Bravo, including automated reminders. Consent is not a condition of purchase for marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or use the unsubscribe link in emails.
6. Cookies, Analytics, and Do Not Track
Our website uses cookies and similar tools to keep the site working, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use the site (for example, Google Analytics). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, including online booking, may not work without them.
Do Not Track
Our website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because no uniform standard for them has been adopted. Third parties such as analytics providers may collect information about your online activity over time and across websites.
7. Your California Privacy Rights
California residents may request to:
- Know the personal information we have collected about you, its sources, and how we use and disclose it
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete personal information, subject to exceptions such as completing a service, collecting amounts owed, or meeting legal obligations
- Opt out of marketing communications
We honor these requests to the extent required by the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq.), and other applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We may need to verify your identity, and you may use an authorized agent. Submit requests using the contact details in Section 12.
8. Data Retention
We keep customer, billing, and agreement records while you are a customer and for up to 4 years afterward, consistent with California’s statute of limitations for written contracts (Cal. Code Civ. Proc. § 337) and tax recordkeeping requirements. We then delete or de-identify it.
9. Security
We use reasonable security procedures appropriate to the nature of the information, as required by California Civil Code § 1798.81.5, including secure booking and payment platforms. If a breach of your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by California Civil Code § 1798.82. No system is completely secure.
10. Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be highlighted on our website.
